Items to be considered by the Body Corporate Committee must be received at Ernst Body Corporate 10 days before the meeting to be included in the agenda. Urgent matters can be notified at any time and will be dealt with during the meeting. However, depending on the number of items already on the agenda, the Committee may resolve to defer matters received late to the next meeting. All owners may attend the meetings of the Body Corporate Committee as observers by notifying the Committee 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Generally, observers are not able to contribute to the Committee discussions unless it affects their lot. The Body Corporate Committee may request that owners with an interest in particular discussions leave the room while that subject is discussed.  Any committee member with an interest in a particular subject is required to abstain from voting.
