  • The Resident Manager has the highest number of rentals in the building on the books.
  • All Investment Properties managed on-site receive bulk discounts on maintenance services, get in-house trades to ‘pop-in’ to attend to issues whilst on-site and are sure to be included in essential maintenance and upgrades. Properties managed externally must be maintained externally and pay call-out fees etc.
  • Resident Managers sell the ‘dream’ (because we live here and love it too!) where outside agents are limited by just selling the property.
  • Resident managers provide a boutique service to Real Estate for just one building, where outside agents have many hundreds of properties all over town on their books. They can’t possibly compete with our service!
